ATmega 16 dan Penjelasannya

ATmega16 merupakan mikrokontroler kinerja tinggi 8 - bit Mega keluarga Atmel AVR dengan konsumsi daya yang rendah . Atmega16 berdasarkan ditingkatkan RISC ( Reduced Instruction Set Computing , Tahu lebih banyak tentang RISC dan CISC Architecture ) arsitektur dengan 131 petunjuk kuat . Sebagian besar instruksi dieksekusi dalam satu siklus mesin . Atmega16 dapat bekerja pada frekuensi maksimum 16MHz .

ATmega16 memiliki 16 KB diprogram flash memory , RAM statis 1 KB dan EEPROM dari 512 Bytes . Siklus daya tahan flash memory dan EEPROM adalah 10.000 dan 100.000 , masing-masing.

ATmega16 adalah mikrokontroler 40 pin . Ada 32 I / O ( input / output ) baris yang terbagi dalam empat port 8 -bit ditunjuk sebagai PORTA , PORTB , PORTC dan PORTD .
